Welcome to Anglo-American
Patterdale Terriers
Anglo-American's Miz Bizzy
Losing Bizzy was like losing part of my heart. She was my first Patterdale and a huge influence on the
dogs that make up our bloodlines. She is severely missed and will be always.
My best friend closed his eyes last night ,
as his head was in my hand.
The doctors said he was in pain,
and it was hard for him to stand.

The thoughts that scurried through my head,
as I cradled him in my arms.
Were of his younger, puppy years,
And oh his MANY charms.

Today, there was no gentle nudge
with an intense " I love you gaze",
Only a heart that filled with tears
Remembering our joy filled days.

But an Angel just appeared to me,
And he said, "you should cry no more,
God also loves our canine friends,
He's installed a doggy-door!!
October 16th 2007- It's been a year that you have been gone and we can't believe it. We still miss you as if we
lost you today. You were our Matriarch and will remain that way for all the days that we have dogs.
Gone but never forgotten. Anglo-American's Miz Bizzy.
Ch. Anglo-American's What A Shamus "HOF"  May/2008

What a terrible loss for such an amazing dog. All I can say is I'm so
glad that you will never know old age or pain. That you will forever
be the young, bright, happy, courageous, beautiful part of our lives
that you were. You will not be missed only by us but all that knew
you, they are already asking where you are at the trials Shay. You
touched Everyone. Keep chasing varmints in heaven, we will see you
when we get there!
Anglo-American's Mia Rosa- May 2008

This one was a huge shock for us here, not that they all are not. Mia
was taken down at just two years old by liver failure most likely
associated with organ failure. Mia had 6 week old puppies at the time
and they will carry on our little Mia and Shamus.
